Virtual training & coaching

$200/hour flat rate

Training and coaching hours are delivered virtually (live video session) and billed by the hour at the flat rate above.

Scheduling & availability

• Virtual sessions are typically offered after standard business hours or on weekends to align with plant schedules and limited daytime availability.
• On-site visits require substantial advance notice and are scheduled only when approved time away from a full-time role is available.

Travel time

• When an on-site visit is agreed in advance, travel time is billed at the same $200/hour flat rate.
• Minimum billable travel time: 4 hours.
• Maximum billable travel time: 8 hours per engagement.
• Travel costs (mileage, lodging, meals, airfare, parking, and similar expenses) are billed separately at actual cost with receipts when required by your organization.

Additional notes

• Availability is limited while balancing a full-time role; software licenses remain the primary offering.
